Coming from engineering offshore and onshore in West-Africa, project management, climate change science, certified professional coaching and becoming a female founder, I have learned that it is never about technology. It's always about us people. So what makes us tick? What motivates us? What makes us thrive?

That's why I have founded iThrive.
iThrive is a digital behavior change training that brings out the best in people. At the heart of this innovation is a personal coach chat bot called Jean, supported with (AI) artificial intelligence.
Our training is built on a behavior change model that has proven to be 5 times more effective than the golden standard. The chatbot Jean is limitless
